| Winning the Most Prestigious Book Prize | | Ljubljana (Slovenia), 25. november 2003 |  Benka Pulko's book Around the World Circling the Sun has won two prizes at the 19th National Book Fair in Ljubljana (the biggest event of it's kind in the country). Benka took home the very prestigious 2003 Grand Winged Lion prize, awarded by the Chamber of Commerce, for Best Overall Production of a Book. She also took home the Winged Lion for reproduction work.
Benka was delighted to receive the awards and emphasised that some of the very best experts in the country contributed their talent to the project, including graphic designer Julija Zornik, Igor Stanonik of repro HiFi ColorStudio and printers Gorenjski Tisk. |
